Obrazlo\u017eenje tra\u017eenog podatka; Ukoliko se uzme u obzir navedeno u tekstu Programa da je &#8220;<em>&#8230;obzirom na vrijednost i atraktivnost parcele, potrebno je osigurati njenu najbolju iskoristivost&#8230;<\/em>&#8220;, isto bi zna\u010dilo uz max. izgra\u0111enost (50%) u okvirima dopu\u0161tene katnosti (max Po+P+4+Pt), da bi GBP za cijeli obuhvat (projektni i anketni dio) iznosio cca 12.365 m2 (bez podruma i potkrovlja) !!! S obzirom da gradnja nije mogu\u0107a na sjevernom (zelenom) dijelu parcele, zgrada max.iskoristivosti zauzela bi skoro cijeli preostali ju\u017eni dio, te u tom slu\u010daju ne bi preostalo dovoljno prostora za smje\u0161taj skoro 185 parkirnih mjesta. Mi\u0161ljenja smo da bi naru\u010ditelj morao dati gore navedeni podatak o o\u010dekivanoj bruto povr\u0161ini planirane (do)gradnje, a kako bi svi natjecatelji tj. natje\u010dajni radovi bili unutar istih prostornih okvira.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ne postoji o\u010dekivana bruto povr\u0161ina (GBP) (do)gradnje u anketnom dijelu natje\u010daja, ve\u0107 se od autora o\u010dekuje da kvantificiraju i volumenski prika\u017eu mogu\u0107nosti u odnosu na vlastito projektantsko rje\u0161enje. U ovom trenutku se ne planira takav zahtjev, ve\u0107 se analiziraju informacije o potencijalu konkretnog rje\u0161enja.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Postoji li mogu\u0107nost to\u010dnijeg definiranja namjene i sadr\u017eaja 2 zgrade za anketni dio natje\u010daja?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Predvidljiva namjena je na\u010delno ekvivalentna programima postoje\u0107e zgrade Tehnolo\u0161kog parka i predvi\u0111enim namjenama u ostatku natje\u010dajnog programa. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koja je okvirna gra\u0111evinska (bruto) povr\u0161ina &#8220;potencijalne dogradnje\/gradnje nove zgrade uz preparcelaciju u budu\u0107nosti&#8221; koja je predvi\u0111ena u sklopu anketnog dijela natje\u010daja? Sudionici natje\u010daja nisu u mogu\u0107nosti samostalno predvidjeti potreban parametar, osobito s obzirom na zahtjevne prometne uvjete na \u010destici, a \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do bitnih razlika u natje\u010dajnim radovima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vidi odgovor na pitanje 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mo\u017ee li se na anketni dio zadatka odgovoriti isklju\u010divo tekstualnim prilozima bez ikakvih grafi\u010dkih priloga?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programom je odre\u0111eno: \u201eZadatak sudionika natje\u010daja je da predvide, prika\u017eu i kvantificiraju potencijalnu gradnju u budu\u0107nosti na nivou volumena, bez razrade prostora u zgradi\u201c. Dakle u sklopu svih grafi\u010dkih prikaza dijela za realizaciju potrebno je nazna\u010diti gabarite (volumen) mogu\u0107e (do) gradnje.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ukoliko se anketni dio mora prikazati i u sklopu grafi\u010dkih priloga, na kojem od propisanih priloga iz uvjeta natje\u010daja bi on trebao biti prikazan? Urbanisti\u010dko-tehni\u010dke smjernice, <\/em>mijenja se odredba: \u201ePreporu\u010da se da se podrum ne projektira zbog geomehani\u010dkih uvjeta, odnosno visoke razine podzemne vode.\u201c u novu odredbu: \u201ePreporu\u010da se da se podrum ne projektira zbog ograni\u010denih financijskih okvira investicije.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planiranje suterena nije zabranjeno. PARCELA\u00a0<em>Automobili se parkiraju na parteru<\/em>\u00a0) Da li je dopu\u0161teno planiranje podruma\/gara\u017ee i da li ona ulazi u BRP zgrade?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U programa natje\u010daja strana 22., poglavlje <em>10.3. Urbanisti\u010dko-tehni\u010dke smjernice, <\/em>mijenja se odredba: \u201ePreporu\u010da se da se podrum ne projektira zbog geomehani\u010dkih uvjeta, odnosno visoke razine podzemne vode.\u201c u novu odredbu: \u201ePreporu\u010da se da se podrum ne projektira zbog ograni\u010denih financijskih okvira investicije.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planiranje podruma \/ gara\u017ee nije zabranjeno, ali se ne preporu\u010da. Povr\u0161ina gara\u017ee nije predvi\u0111ena programom (tablica) te se pridodaje na zadani BRP ukoliko se autor na nju odlu\u010di.&nbsp; Ukupna investicija ne smije prema\u0161iti zadane okvire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mogu li se dobiti na uvid geomehani\u010dki uvjeti tj. podaci o razini podzemne vode na lokaciji s obzirom na navedenu preporuku u programu natje\u010daja?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U programa natje\u010daja strana 22., poglavlje <em>10.3. Postoji li mogu\u0107nost da se parkirali\u0161na mjesta smjeste na vi\u0161im eta\u017eama ako to zahtjeva prostorno rje\u0161enje?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ovisi o projektnom rje\u0161enju. <\/strong><strong>Ukupna investicija ne smije prema\u0161iti zadane okvire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Da li bi definiranje podzemne gara\u017ee mogao biti razlog za diskvalifikaciju ili negativno ocjenjivanje idejnog rje\u0161enja?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definiranje podzemne gara\u017ee nije razlog za diskvalifikaciju, ali \u0107e se pri ocjenjivanju taj aspekt negativno procjenjivati (preporuka, ali nije uvjet)..
